“Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving; present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understating, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:6-7
We will transform lives and transform community through intercessory prayer.

Jesus says, “My house shall be a house of prayer.” Luke 19:46. We want St. Andrew United Methodist Church to be a church actively engaged in prayer in everything we do. One important type of prayer is intercessory prayer. Intercessory prayer is praying for others. The Intercessory Prayer Team meets weekly on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am in the Library. We pray for the needs of others including those of our church family, the local community and the world.
Contact Jenny Ricklefs to join the prayer ministry team and experience the blessing of this privilege as you pray for others.
Pastors and Spiritual Care providers are available to pray with you and your family before surgery, or during hospitalization. Please contact either Jenny Ricklefs or Dale Wood, in Congregational Care Ministries with the date, time, and hospital where you will be having your surgery. Due to HIPPA regulations, the hospital will not call and inform the church of your hospitalization.
